Permanent Paint Resist Labels

perm_paintThese unique labels feature a special fluoropolymer laminate very similar to Teflon coating in that it resists multiple paint applications (approximately 10-12), grease, even graffiti, and can withstand temperatures up to 400°F. After painting customers simply pick off the paint and are left with a clean, easy-to-scan polyester bar code label. Subsurface printing protects the logos, copy and bar code against extreme solvents, caustics, acids and moderate abrasion.

Materials

  • Material: .002” thick polyester; available in white or silver. Permanent paint mask is .002” thick.
  • Affixing Method: .002” thick pressure-sensitive adhesive that adheres to uneven and slightly oily surfaces.
  • Environment: Mild, moderate and extreme. Resists extreme solvents and caustics/acids.
  • Numbering Options: Serialized/unserialized numbers and bar code with human readable numbers
  • Production Time: 8 work days
