Removable Paint-Mask Labels
These labels have a unique one-time removable paint-mask that is designed to resist tough manufacturing environments and can withstand temperatures up to 400°F. After painting peel off the paint-mask and your bar code is clean, safe and ready to scan – an ideal solution for tracking a product through the production process. Subsurface printing protects the logos, copy and bar code against extreme solvents, caustics, acids and moderate abrasion. Digital printing ensures even the most detailed logos will look crisp and clean.

Materials
- Material: .002” thick white or silver polyester. Removable paint-mask is .002” thick. (Silver not recommended for bar codes).
- Affixing Method: .002” thick pressure-sensitive adhesive that provides excellent adhesion to uneven and slightly oily surfaces.
- Environment: Mild, moderate and extreme. Resists extreme solvents and caustics/acids.
- Numbering Options: Serialized/unserialized numbers and bar code with human readable numbers.
- Production Time: 8 work days
