We have some exciting news to announce regarding our VAR/Integrator Rebate Program! Originated in 2000 to reward qualified VARs with an annual rebate based upon incremental growth, our “new and improved” VAR/Integrator Rebate Program is now based upon total annual net purchases.  Plus, the program now includes previously excluded RFID purchases.  These changes not only eliminate the need to exceed your baseline in order to receive a rebate, they also don’t require you to qualify in the previous year – once you hit the $20,000 mark in net purchases, you’re in!

The following outlines program details:

1. The VAR/Integrator must have $20,000 in annual net purchases for all Metalcraft products (RFID products are now included!) from the annual period 10/01/09 through 09/30/10, which coincides with Metalcraft’s fiscal year, to qualify for rebate status.*
2. Once $20,000 of net purchases is reached during 10/01/09 through 09/30/10 a rebate will be earned.  The more purchases, the greater the rebate!
3. All Metalcraft products are included in the new VAR/Integrator Rebate Program including RFID products!
4. Metalcraft provides the rebate following the end of the fiscal year period.**

*Net purchases are defined as invoiced orders. Net purchases reflect discount and do not include freight/handling charges or tooling.
**Rebate is in the form of merchandise credit and payments on account must be current for qualified VARs/Integrators. Credit memo must be used within one year from date of receipt.

How does the program work? A VAR/Integrator has purchased $75,000 during the period 10/01/09 through 09/30/10; the rebate percentage is 1.5%, which equates to a rebate of $1,125.

By eliminating the two-year moving average baseline and exclusion of RFID products, the program is easier to understand.  Furthermore, we will send out a notice once you have reached the minimum of $20,000 in net purchases.  We also have great marketing support provided free of charge for qualified VARs/Integrators:

• Unlimited quantity of outstanding support materials including our new and improved VAR/Integrator catalog and other support literature.
• Use of any Metalcraft product information including descriptions, images, and test results for your own literature or website.
• Standard generic sample packets – RFID, too!
