The Metalcraft Wellness Team’s mission is to promote a healthy lifestyle, mind, body and spirit to help members find a better sense of well being, decrease health care costs and increase productivity. Our Wellness Incentive Program and Wellness Rewards Program do just that, rewarding employees for routine health checks each year as well as partial reimbursement for fitness program/equipment.

Metalcraft is more than a label company! We are here to help our member-owners plan for retirement, allowing employees to defer a portion of their pay by making 401(k) elective deferral contributions.

Our tradition of citizenship is something we aspire to every day. From corporate support of organizations and events like United Way, MS Walk, Relay For Life and more, to individual acts of Citizenship, we encourage our members to be active in their communities.

As part of our commitment to support member-owners in their personal development, University Metalcraft was created to develop future leaders and help member-owners develop better skill sets to perform in their existing positions.
